U.S. Gold Gymnastics and Cheerleading follows a curriculum that is specifically designed to follow USA Gymnastics guidelines and progressions. Cheernastics classes include tumbling, stunting, and cheer jumps in a non-competitive environment. Ninja classes are for kids in Kindergarten through 4th grade and focus on strength, agility, balance, and coordination as participants navigate an obstacle course with jumping, flipping, climbing, and swinging. Tumbling in this program combines strength, power, agility, and coordination and is used in many different sports, including gymnastics and cheerleading, and can assist athletes in diving, trampolining, and dancing. U.S. Gold Gymnastics and Cheerleading offers classes, private lessons, and birthday parties, and hosts Kids’ Day Out and Kids’ Night Out every Friday. The program services over 1,000 families a week in the Destin and Santa Rosa Beach areas. U.S. Gold Gymnastics has two recreational facilities and a private Team Training Facility dedicated to competitive gymnastics through Level 10. Registering online provides access to class sign-ups, account updates, class schedules, and billing information.
